About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Stone Ambassador, a leading provider of premium decorative surfaces, as a Showroom Consultant/Administration at our brand new facility based in Wingfield, SA.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to help drive the success of the company's South Australian operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing outstanding customer service to trade & retail clients, including guiding them through the selection and purchase of our products
Handling all administrative tasks related to showroom operations.
Supporting the sales team by following up on leads and helping to develop new business opportunities
Ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and presented to the highest standards
Contributing to the overall growth and development of the South Australia business
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role, preferably within the home design or construction industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively




A passion for design and an understanding of premium decorative surface products and their applications or interior design in general.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
Australian work rights are essential for this position

Tuesday - Friday (8.00am - 4.00pm)
Saturday (9.00am - 3.00pm)*
* Saturday hours as per relevant hourly rate award
