Your new role
Your new role as a Receptionist will place you at the heart of a dynamic construction company located in the Adelaide CBD.
You will be an integral part of a robust team, responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:
Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organised.
Greet clients upon arrival, providing necessary information and assistance.
Ensure clients feel comfortable and attended to during their visit.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring boardrooms are prepared and equipped with required materials.
Manage diaries and calendars to prevent scheduling conflicts and optimise meeting space usage.
Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth and uninterrupted meetings.
Communicate with relevant parties to reschedule or adjust meeting times as needed.
Process of invoices by entering the information for the accounts team to process.
Maintain organised email records for easy reference and follow-up.
Handle printing tasks, ensuring documents are accurately produced and distributed to relevant recipients.
Maintain a system for tracking and managing printed materials.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring all necessary items are available for staff use.
Oversee the kitchen area, ensuring it is stocked with essentials and kept clean and tidy.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Reception and or Administration role.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Efficient time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
