We're looking for an experienced butcher to join our production team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be working with premium grass-fed beef, lamb, pork and chicken, producing products that we're proud to put our name on.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working hard, takes pride in their work, notices when a teammate needs a hand, and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
We can teach our systems.

Your ExperienceYou'll ideally have experience in:
Beef, lamb, pork and chicken processing




Portion cutting to specification
Carcass and primal breakdown
Sausage making
Mince and burger production
Vacuum packing and presentation
Food safety and HACCP
Working in a fast-paced production environment
Experience across retail, wholesale or processing is highly regarded.
What You'll Be Doing
Portion cutting beef, lamb, pork and chicken
Producing premium retail, wholesale and online products
Sausage making and mince production
Vacuum packing customer orders
Maintaining product quality and consistency
Supporting production flow across the processing room
Assisting with stock rotation and product movement
Helping train and support less experienced team members
Working together to ensure production targets are achieved
This Is A Physical RoleYou'll regularly be:
Lifting and moving products ******kg+)
Moving cartons and meat products
Standing throughout your shift
Working in a refrigerated processing environment
Maintaining pace during busy production periods
