We are seeking a reliable and motivated Trades Assistant to join our team, assisting with the application of silicone and polyurethane caulking on residential and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation and application of silicone and polyurethane sealantsPrepare surfaces by cleaning, masking and priming as requiredMaintain a clean and secure work environmentSupport tradespeople with general site dutiesFollow workplace health and safety proceduresRequirements:Experience with silicone and polyurethane caulking is preferred (training will be given to the right applicant)Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanshipReliable, punctual and able to work independently and part of a teamWhite Card ( or willingness to obtain one)Currant drivers licence and reliable transportPay: From $***** per hourApplication Question(s):Not afraid of heights or laddersWork Location: In person
