We are seeking a full time, detail-oriented end to end Payroll Advisor / Accounts team player to undertake our payroll operations, AR and AP functions .
This role works closely with Finance, Operations, and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
We are looking for someone that can build strong stakeholder relationships by engaging continuously to establish smooth transitions for employee payroll, PO requisitions and payment of invoices in a supportive, team oriented environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent payroll all rounder to complement our Finance and Operations teams in delivering outstanding stakeholder engagement and satisfaction Key Responsibilities Weekly end to end payroll processing for up to 300 employees consisting of entry and validation of timesheets ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Monitor and reconcile leave balances, all payroll GL accounts and SG obligations Manage any claims and compliance relating to the payroll process Ensure ongoing rapport and engagement with employees, clients,
internal operations teams and procurement teams Accounts Receivable Manage the end to end AR process Raise and reconcile customer invoices in Xero.
Processing of credits in both payroll and finance systems to ensure continual integrity.
Follow up outstanding payments in a diligent manner.
Onboarding new Clients and ensuring compliance checks Process daily receipts and daily bank reconciling Assist with internal and client reporting and reconciliations efficiently.
Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices and credit card entries ensuring purchasing integrity with internal control policies.
Manage supplier onboarding and monitor spend.
Complete ad-hoc finance tasks and continuous process improvement Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years Australian payroll and finance experience.
Strong attention to detail and organisation Experience with Xero and payroll systems preferred.
