FinXL is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Advisor to provide security advice,
assurance and hands-on support across the ERP program lifecycle.
The advisor will work with the ERP Program, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operations, business owners, vendors and implementation partners to ensure the solution is designed, implemented and operated in a secure, compliant and risk-managed manner
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review cloud security controls, secure integration patterns, and zero-trust architectures for Workday and ServiceNow across AWS and Azure environments.
Conduct system risk assessments, threat assessments, and control gap analyses against Australian Government frameworks (ISM, PSPF, and Essential Eight).
and refine system security documentation (SRMPs, SSPs, and security accreditation artifacts) required for go-live authorization.
third-party implementation partner designs, data flow diagrams, access models, and identity governance processes (IAM/RBAC/MFA).




Translate complex technical security risks into explicit, actionable advice, decision papers, and briefings for senior executives and business owners.
Technical Skill & Experience:
Proven experience providing security assurance for large-scale ERP implementations.
High proficiency in cloud security frameworks across AWS and Azure, including cross-cloud connectivity and SaaS application hardening.
Deep knowledge of Workday platform security (highly desirable) and ServiceNow platform governance.
Expert-level understanding of Australian Government security compliance (ISM, PSPF, Essential Eight, and IRAP processes).
Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust principles, and incident/data spill planning.
