Belles Hot Chicken Adelaide is looking for a Team Leader to join the crew, and we're keen to move quickly.
This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience who is ready to step up, or someone already working as a senior team member, shift leader or duty manager who wants a proper pathway into venue leadership.
The role will start as casual, with the ability to move into part-time quickly.
For the right person, there is genuine potential to progress rapidly into senior management and full-time work depending on performance, attitude and fit within the team.
We're looking for someone who can start immediately or very soon.
The Role
As Team Leader, you'll help lead the floor during service, support the team, keep standards high and make sure guests feel genuinely looked after.
You'll work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team, helping keep busy services smooth, organised and full of energy.




What You'll Be Doing
Leading shifts and setting the tone for serviceSupporting, coaching and developing FOH team membersHelping manage bookings, walk-ins and the flow of serviceSupporting rostering, stock control, ordering and daily venue adminHandling guest feedback with confidence and careMaintaining high standards across service, product, presentation and complianceStepping up when the Venue Manager is awayBringing ideas that help improve the guest experience and venue performance
What We're Looking For
Hospitality experience in a fast-paced venueA calm, confident and positive presence on the floorSomeone who genuinely likes people, guests and teamsStrong communication skillsA hands-on attitude and willingness to learnAvailability across nights and weekendsSomeone who wants to grow into more responsibility quickly
Previous leadership experience is great, but attitude, energy and reliability matter just as much.
