Known for itscollaborative culture and strong client focus, the business is seeking a ClientService Assistant to support the delivery of efficient, high-quality serviceacross the practice.Your New RoleReporting to thePractice Manager and Client Liaison Officer, you will play a key rolesupporting accountants and senior consultants with client service, complianceand administration functions.
You will act as a central point of coordinationfor client-related services, ensuring work is completed accurately andefficiently while maintaining a high level of client service.Keyresponsibilities include:
Finalising client compliance engagements, including financial reports, tax returns, binding and issuing client documentation.
Managing ATO lodgements, including Income Tax Returns, BAS, IAS, FBT and associated compliance requirements.
Assisting with ATO correspondence, client queries and information requests.
Processing ABN, TFN and GST applications and maintaining client records.
Supporting corporate secretarial activities, including annual reviews, company statements and ASIC lodgements.
Liaising with clients, government bodies and third-party providers as required.




Providing general administrative support across the practice.What You'll Need to SucceedPrevious experience in administration, client services or practice support within an accounting, financial services or professional services environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage compliance-related documentation accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
