Reporting to the Resort General Manager, you will lead the Food and Beverage team through front of house operations and events, delivering an exceptional experience for every guest, every time.Thanks to an internal promotion, this opportunity has opened up for a passionate Food & Beverage leader to step in and make their mark.

From buzzing bistro service to relaxed café vibes and large-scale events, you'll lead from the front, working closely with the Head Chef and leadership team to create a Food & Beverage experience that keeps guests coming back.
What You Will DoDeliver an exceptional dining experience that drives rave reviews, repeat visitation and guest loyaltyPartner with the Head Chef, Resort Leadership and Events team to create standout outlets, menus and functionsBuild and lead a high-performing, engaged team culture focused on quality, service and funTake ownership of the Food & Beverage product, identifying opportunities to innovate and elevate the guest experience
You Will AlsoDevelop and manage rosters aligned to business demand, wage targets and event requirementsManage supplier relationships and ordering as requiredOversee conference & events service delivery, including set-up and sequencing as neededMaintain strong communication with the Resort Manager to ensure seamless operations across departmentsLead regular team briefings to align on upcoming events, service delivery and department goalsProactively manage risks and hazards to maintain a safe working environmentEnsure compliance with Food Safety legislation and company standardsOversee RSA compliance and maintain certification registers across the team
What You'll BringProven experience in a senior Food & Beverage role within a Hotel, Resort, Restaurant, Bistro, or high-volume hospitality venue,



ideally with events exposureA natural leader with solid communication skills and the ability to energise, coach and inspire your teamA passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and continuously improving service standardsStrong commercial acumen with experience managing labour, costs and operational performanceConfidence navigating busy, rapid-paced environments where no two days are the sameA hands-on approach.
