We are a school with a rich tapestry of history and tradition. St Peter's College was founded in ****, just 11 years after South Australia was established. The school is set on 32 hectares of magnificent grounds and is only three kilometres from Adelaide's city centre. With beautiful buildings, both historic and modern, our educational facilities and sports fields are among the best in the country. Our grounds are extensive, with seven ovals, a hockey pitch, 20 tennis courts and a state-of-the-art sports centre with swimming pool and full gymnasium. We also have an outdoor education campus at Finniss, near Lake Alexandrina, about an hour's drive from Adelaide.
St Peter's College is an Anglican boys' school, offering an exceptional education to approximately 1,650 students from the Early Learning Centre through to Year 12. We also offer boarding facilities and our modern Boarding House provides a homely, safe and comfortable experience for about 100 boys from Years 7 to 12.
We are honoured to have been educating the minds, hearts and spirits of students for more than 175 years. We are proud of our old scholars and their contributions to society and our illustrious alumni include three Nobel Laureates, 10 Australian Premiers and 42 Rhodes Scholars. A team of dedicated staff ensures St Peter's College provides the best educational experiences for our boys. Our skilled staff work across a wide range of areas including teaching, IT, finance and corporate services, and grounds and maintenance. Each staff member plays a valuable role in ensuring the school nurtures educated and considerate young men.
About the position:
The Mission Inc.



Coordinator is the School's strategic leader for service learning and mission. The role combines strategic leadership, program management, partnership development and commercial sustainability with direct leadership of the School's flagship service-learning program.
Approximately
0.6 FTE
of the role is focused on strategic leadership, administration, partnerships, program development and sustainability, with
0.4 FTE
dedicated to the direct coordination and facilitation of service-learning programs and student engagement activities.
This position is a permanent, full-time role.

As the successful applicant you will:
You are an accomplished and collaborative leader who is passionate about service learning, student formation and community engagement. You bring the strategic capability to lead complex programs while also enjoying direct engagement with students, staff and community partners.
You are a strong relationship builder with the ability to bring people together around a shared purpose. You are innovative, commercially aware and able to translate ideas into sustainable, measurable and high-impact programs.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Experience leading complex programs involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience developing strategic partnerships with community organisations and external agencies.
Demonstrated leadership of service-learning, community engagement, youth development or related initiatives.
Robust strategic planning, project management and change-management capability.
Experience managing operational budgets and financial resources.
The ability to identify and develop sustainable program and funding opportunities.




Strong business-development, grant-writing or funding-submission capability; experience securing grants, sponsorships or external funding will be highly regarded.
