Boss Recruitment is partnering with a leading Tier 2 commercial electrical contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager / Electrical Supervisor/Leading Hand to join their growing team.
With a strong pipeline of commercial projects across the Perth metropolitan along with upcoming Projects in Tom Price and Paraburdoo sites, this is an excellent chance to join a well-respected business that genuinely invests in its people and offers long-term career progression.
About the RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of commercial electrical projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
Lead and mentor electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.
Coordinate labour, materials and project schedules.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Liaise with project managers, builders, clients and other trades.
Conduct toolbox meetings, site inspections and quality assurance checks.




Maintain WHS compliance and project documentation.
About You
WA A-Grade Electrical Licence.
Proven experience as a Site Manager, Electrical Supervisor or Senior Leading Hand.
Strong commercial construction experience.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage project deadlines.
Current White Card and Driver's Licence.
