We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join and work with our team of hardworking professionals who share a common drive to make a difference in the industry.
The role includes but is not limited to: Conduct regular repair, test, and maintenance services such as oil change, lubrications, and engine tune-ups of motor vehicles, machinery, and other mechanical components
Create a plan of action for all maintenance tasks and upgrades Meet with clients to better understand their concerns and identify the issue Provide high-quality service to clients to help them identify, repair, and avert issues that may affect the performance or longevity of their motor vehicles
Generate timelines and estimates for repairs, discussing options with clients.




Detect and diagnose faults in engines and parts Disassemble/assemble mechanical components according to specifications.
Repair or replace worn, old or defective parts of motor vehicles, ensuring replaced parts are checked and tested using proper testing equipment Examine machines and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems.
Maintain and document work logs, repairs, and maintenance records.
Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary.
Suggest/Propose maintenance and preventative procedures to machine and vehicle users.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Trade qualification or Equivalent Solid experience in a similar role Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles and follow safety instructions and directions.
Analytical, keen to help our clients resolve issues with vehicle performance and appearance Proficient with mechanic's tools and other diagnostic equipment.
Physically and mentally fit
Strong attention to details and diagnostic abilities Strong communications and reporting skills Customer service skills

Salary: Between $79,499 and $82,000 per annum + Super
