We are seeking to establish a pool of Domestic Cleaners for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the **** school year and up to the end of Term 3, ****. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
The Domestic - Cleaner is primarily responsible for general cleaning duties across the College and boarding facilities, ensuring high standards of health, safety and hygiene are maintained. While the role will generally focus on cleaning, the Domestic may also be required to assist with laundry, catering and other related duties as needed.
Cleaning duties include cleaning internal and external areas, floors, bathrooms, windows and fittings, emptying rubbish, removing cobwebs, making beds and reporting any equipment or facility faults. The Domestic may also assist with laundry duties,



including washing, sorting, ironing and storing clothing and linen, as well as maintaining clean laundry equipment. Catering duties may include assisting with food preparation, cleaning kitchens and equipment, serving meals, washing dishes, managing waste and keeping storage areas clean and organised.
The Domestic may be required to undertake other duties as requested to support the operations of the College and boarding facilities.

Eligibility
To work with us, you must:
be an Australian or New Zealand citizen,



permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
