The Opportunity

The company is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to support its next phase of expansion. The Challenge
As a key member of the finance team, the Finance Manager will play an important role in ensuring the business has robust financial information and processes to support its ongoing growth. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, the core responsibilities for this role will include:
Leading the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management information
Providing commercially focused financial insights and partnering with operational leaders to support business performance
Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring the integrity of core finance systems, processes and transactions
Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll and working capital processes




Managing the Company's taxation, statutory reporting and compliance obligations
Supporting the CFO with financial analysis, reporting and insights to inform key business decisions
Analysing profitability, margins, project performance and operating costs against budget and forecast expectations
Identifying opportunities to improve finance systems, processes and controls, driving greater efficiency across the function
Developing the finance team and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
The Expertise

Industry experience in construction, property development or project based industry
Superior financial reporting, audit and taxation experience
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
