The Roles
Previous remote village/camp administration and reservations experience
Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with RMS
Managing high-volume accommodation bookings, amendments and cancellations
Guest arrivals, departures, room allocations and movements
Occupancy reporting and maintaining accurate reservation records
Experience liaising with clients, contractors and site personnel
Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy reservations workload
Previous RMS and remote village reservations experience will be a key requirement for this role,
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Availability to work on a 14/7 roster cycle (14 days on, 7 days off).
Willing to work 10-hour shifts each day.
Maintain a strict record keeping, health and hygiene standards and systems.
Ability to travel into/ out from site at own expense.
We're looking for candidates with
At least 2 years of experience working in remote mine-site villages or workforce camps with RMS experience
Hands-on excellent customer services and willing to jump in at anytime to assist the operation
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Friendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environment.




To be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain:
Must have an Australian Open Driver's License
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
Have a recent National Police Check (within 1 month).
Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Have a current Food Safety Certificate or willing to complete our free online food safety certificate
Have a current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willing to obtain your own
