Phoenix Macleay Options provides supported employment opportunities for people with disability through our Arts, Café, Mowing and Supported Employment programs. We are seeking a creative, organised and passionate Arts Coordinator/Facilitator to lead and grow our arts programs.
About the Role
Working 5 days per week, with flexibility between 9:00am and 7:00pm, and occasional weekend work to support exhibitions, community events, and special projects, you will:
Coordinate arts programs, workshops, and facilitators
Deliver engaging art classes and creative activities
Develop and implement new and innovative arts programs
Mentor and support employees with disability to build skills and confidence
Oversee gallery operations, exhibitions, and artwork sales
Maintain secure, organised, and WHS-compliant creative spaces
Collaborate with the Marketing team to promote programs, classes, exhibitions, and community events
Contribute to the growth and success of Phoenix's arts initiatives and community engagement activities
About You
You will be:
Passionate about the arts and community engagement
Experienced working with people with disability or vulnerable people




Creative, positive and team-focused
Able to plan and deliver engaging art programs
Confident facilitating both small and large groups
Organised, flexible and able to maintain safe, welcoming creative spaces
Gallery or exhibition experience is desirable but not essential.

Remuneration
Salary will be negotiated based on qualifications and experience in accordance with the SCHADS Award, with consideration given to the right candidate.
