What You'll Bring
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander (this is a genuine occupational requirement for the position)
Experience in cultural planning, community services or a related field
Knowledge of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement Principles
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Current driver's licence and required checks and registrations
A team-oriented approach and passion for culturally safe and trauma-informed practice

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the design and delivery of Cultural Support Plans that are informed by Aboriginal voices,
lived experience and cultural knowledge
Review outcomes and provide cultural supervision, guidance and support to service teams
Support culturally grounded and trauma-informed approaches that strengthen young people's connection to culture, Country and community
Build and maintain strong relationships with Elders, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations (ACCOs) and community partners
Champion culturally safe and compliant practice across services to improve outcomes for young people
