Morrison Hotel and Fiasco's Steakhouse is looking for two section wait people who can handle a faced paced restaurant servcie Steakhouse.

Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. We're looking for authentic individuals who are passionate about the guest experience. This dynamic role requires weekend and nighttime availability to ensure that our guests have the best time possible at our pubs.

A day in the life of a Food Services Attendant:

Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products to create special moments that your guests won't forgetLet our guests know about our amazing ALH Loyalty Programs and their many advantages and product offeringsEnsure that guests have a memorable dining experience by providing them with fast, efficient and personalised service

Qualifications

About you:

You know that when it comes to guest service, every moment mattersYou are great with people, communication, detail and delivery and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammatesYou have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekendsYou'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent Requirements

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.Shifts will be predominantly Nights and weekends.Must be able to 3 plate carry.Have great communication skills.Wine knowledge is useful but not necessary.
