About the Role
You'll be part of our Adelaide Metro maintenance team completing a wide variety of residential plumbing work, including:
General plumbing maintenance and repairs
Water, gas and sewer installations and repairs
Gas appliance installations
Hot water system replacements and repairs
Fault finding and diagnostics
Compliance testing
Emergency and reactive maintenance work
One job might be a leaking hot water service. The next could be a blocked sewer, gas installation or fault-finding issue.
No two days are the same (yeah, we know that's a cliché,



but in this case it's true!).
The Type of Work
This is real-world plumbing in occupied homes.
A significant portion of our work is delivered under government and residential maintenance contracts, meaning you'll work directly with tenants and residents from all walks of life.
Some days are straightforward. Others require patience, professionalism and good judgement.
The work can be challenging at times, but it's also rewarding. You'll often leave a property knowing you've genuinely helped someone solve a problem that matters to them.

Essential Requirements
Current SA Plumbing & Gas Fitting Licence
Minimum 2 years' post-apprenticeship plumbing experience preferred
Current Driver's Licence
Own hand tools
Ability to work independently across multiple jobs each day
Desirable
Maintenance plumbing experience
Restricted Electrical Licence
Experience working in occupied residential properties
Important Information
Unrestricted Australian working rights are required
National Police Check required (assistance available)
Working With Children Check required (assistance available)
No visa sponsorship available
This role is not suitable for apprentices or new entrants to the trade
