Coles Group is seeking a Store Leader to drive the grocery department (non-fresh) in-store, reporting to the Store Manager. You will be accountable for daily operations, team performance and delivering a welcoming shopping experience for customers and the community.
You will lead, coach and develop your team, ensuring targets, costs and rostering are met while maintaining Coles standards for merchandising, safety and stock control across the department.
