The Role
To supervise the service of Hotel's rooms in accordance with the established standards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing our Guests with the very best service in a clean healthy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Service and inspect rooms, replenishing supplies and maintaining guest comfort
Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to support efficiency and productivity
Communicate closely with Reception regarding room status and guest requirements




Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S; standards
Assist other departments and step in for the Executive Housekeeper when required
What You'll Bring
Previous housekeeping experience (often 1–3 years) in hotels, hospitals, resorts, or similar environments.
Demonstrated leadership experience, such as leading shifts or mentoring junior staff.
Experience maintaining high cleanliness standards and working in fast‐paced environments.
