Responsibilities
Project Lead:
Taking full ownership of projects, ensuring design intent is maintained from concept to completion.
Technical Oversight:
Producing and reviewing high-quality architectural documentation and ensuring office QA standards are followed.
Stakeholder Management:
Leading consultant meetings, managing client expectations, and navigating approvals.
On-Site Leadership:
Attending sites to inspect, problem-solve in real-time and ensure high-quality construction outcomes.
Mentoring:
Guiding Architectural Graduates and fostering a collaborative, curious studio culture.
Qualifications
Registration:
A Registered Architect with at least 1 year post-registration experience, and significant post-graduate experience.
Required Skills
Interest in Hospitality Sector Design:
Interest in delivering hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or commercial projects.
Software:
Revit skills are essential for both design and documentation.
Leadership Mindset:
Robust initiative, a collaborative approach, and the aptitude to manage and guide multi-disciplinary teams.
