About the Role
An exciting opportunity awaits for a Regional Trainer to join the Crown team. In this role, the successful candidate will deliver equipment training and assessment services (accredited and non-accredited) to Crown's account customers across South-East Queensland.
Responsibilities & Duties
Deliver equipment training and assessment services to Crown's account customers
Maintain and complete the related paperwork used for the delivery of our training services
When not delivering training, follow up and close customer enquiries and deals related to equipment training services
Liase and communicate with the Queensland Crown Sales team to promote both equipment training services and equipment sales. This includes attending scheduled Sales Meetings
Skills & Experience
We are looking for some who has:
Experience working with an RTO
Exceptional customer service skills
Extensive experience delivering operator & supervisory training related to forklift reach trucks, order pickers, WAVe, electric pallet trucks and walkie stackers (Crown equipment desired)
Proven ability to work autonomously
High levels of organization skills & attention to detail
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal staff and customers
Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE***** or TAE*****)
