The role
A busy, physical production role within a fast-paced packing environment, involving manual handling, line work, and quality checks.
What you need to be to succeed
Punctual and reliable, attending work on time when required
Team focused, able to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals
Physically capable of working in a demanding environment, including heavy lifting, bending, twisting, walking and moving throughout the shift
Safety conscious, able to follow written and verbal instructions, adhere to safety signage, wear correct PPE, and report potential hazards to a supervisor




Able to problem-solve within the scope of training and experience
Strong attention to detail, able to spot product issues and report them promptly
Able to follow instructions given by a supervisor or competent person
A clear and respectful communicator, remaining calm and professional at all times
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Able to take ownership of tasks, support others and see work through from start to finish
Respectful of others, demonstrating good manners and a skilled approach
