Hillcrest Christian College is seeking to appoint an experienced and cutting-edge Deputy Head of Middle Learning Community to provide strategic leadership of teaching and learning, student wellbeing, community culture, and staff development within the Middle (Years 5-8) Learning Community.
Reporting to the Leadership team, this key leadership role is responsible for advancing academic excellence, student wellbeing and pastoral care while supporting staff growth and leading collaborative, high-performing teams to create a thriving learning environment where students flourish.
This is a permanent full time position, commencing in Term 4, ****, or as otherwise negotiated with the successful applicant.
