Our client is a well established Printed Packaging Manufacturer, part of a global group, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Printer who can consider an entry level Operator position within
Flexo Print – with training provided.
They are a 24/7 operation who are offering 3 X 12 Hour Shifts per week: Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday.
In addition to Flexographic Printing, their services include: Lamination, Patterned cold seal, perforation and slitting operations that produce a diverse range of Printed Adaptable Packaging for Confectionery, Cheese, Industrial and Postal / Mailing Films.
As a Flexographic Press Operator, you'll be at the centre of our Client's production process,



ensuring delivery of top-quality printed materials to our customers.
Your skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and run jobs on flexographic press, balancing safety, quality, and efficiency
Manage the ink store area, keeping it well-stocked, clean, and organised
Record job figures and maintain accurate production records
Perform essential machine maintenance and cleaning
Work closely with warehouse coordinator and operations manager on material supply
Monitor print quality and make adjustments
Troubleshoot issues promptly, keeping our production running smoothly
Collaborate with team members to continually improve processes
