With a strong pipeline of
new-build apartment, Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotel and mixed-use projects
, they are looking to appoint an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to join their growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a
Senior Project Manager
, you'll take ownership of the delivery of major residential and accommodation developments from
feasibility through to completion
.
Working closely with the Directors, you'll lead consultant teams, manage client relationships and drive project outcomes across every phase of the project lifecycle.
You'll be trusted to
lead projects independently
, mentor junior team members and play a key role in maintaining the consultancy's reputation for exceptional project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead
new-build apartment, Build-to-Rent and accommodation
developments.
Manage projects from
feasibility, design and procurement through to construction and handover
.
Act as the
primary client contact
throughout project delivery.
Coordinate consultants,



contractors and project stakeholders.
Manage
budgets, programmes, procurement and project reporting
.
Identify and manage project risks to achieve successful outcomes.
Mentor
Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
.
Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
Support the Directors in maintaining
best-in-class project delivery
.
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced
client-side Senior Project Manager
with a proven track record delivering major residential developments.
You will bring:
Exposure to
Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotels or mixed-use
projects.
Experience managing projects through the
entire project lifecycle
.
Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capability.
The ability to confidently lead multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in
Construction, Property, Engineering, Architecture
or a related discipline.
