Gorilla Jobs is seeking pharmacists for aged care facilities across the ACT and NSW South Coast.
Deliver onsite clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews, and provide education to facility staff.
Contribute to governance and policy development while working a adaptable roster close to home.
Current AHPRA registration is required; MMR and ACOP accreditation are a plus but not essential.
Excellent communication and a proactive approach are essential to make a difference in aged care.
