At Edge of the Bay, we are looking for a hospitality expert who thrives on guest satisfaction, connecting with nature and leading a fantastic team to deliver the ultimate experience.
This Manager on Duty will play a pivotal role in the daily running of the hotel, overseeing all operational departments and contributing towards continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be a real people person, proactive with the ability to be adaptable, and business partner across key stakeholders to influence and make decisions.
You will be self motivated, enthusiastic, with a drive to grow the guest satisfaction at the hotel, as well as your own personal and professional development.
You'll be a team player with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
But most importantly, you'llalign toIntrepid'score values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion,growthand responsibility.
We would love to hear from you ifyou have:
Have 2+ years proven experience asa Supervisor/Manager within a hotel or similar
Passionate about leading a team to ensurehigh levelsof customer service and guest satisfaction




Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
A adaptable approach with the availability to work weekends, holidays and nights when needed
Hold a First Aid Certificate and RSA
