We're looking for a
Data Scientist
to amplify the value of our data and help us measure, understand and communicate the value of brand building.
As a
Data Scientist
, you'll be a critical part of our survey team, working with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and survey experts to scale our survey operation while maintaining world-class data quality.
Responsibilities
As our Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for scaling our survey operations and driving the heart of the Tracksuit product.
This may involve:
Designing machine learning algorithms to optimise survey collection
Running and analysing experiments to improve respondent engagement
Building our survey data quality monitoring system
Exploring new ways to measure consumer perception, including with AI
Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to guide the implementation of the above
Applying diverse data science skillsets such as survey analytics, statistics, machine learning and generative AI to our proprietary data to solve business problems
Qualifications
Has
3+ years
of experience as a Data Scientist
Strong data science craft with a deep understanding of statistics, including both frequentist and Bayesian approaches
Strong fluency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python and R
(Nice to have)
Experience with operational research, experimentation, or classical machine learning
Drives impact beyond the code with an impact-oriented mindset
Thinks commercially and balances statistical rigor with business pragmatism
Builds momentum independently, prioritises work, and knows when to move fast vs. de-risk
Strong communicator who can explain technical work to customers, product partners, and stakeholders
Kind and collaborative; a great human to work with
Compensation and Advantages
Salary range:
$105,000 - $135,000
per year
