About the role
MSS Security is seeking reliable Security Officers to work at our Gold Coast site in Bilinga.
The successful candidate must hold a current NV1 Clearance and have 24/7 availability.
Duties
Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, access control systems, and radio communications to maintain site safety and security.
Manage visitor and contractor access, issue passes, and assist with site entry requirements.
Respond to customer enquiries and communicate with emergency services and other stakeholders when required.
Conduct foot patrols, record incidents, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate records using computer systems.
Skills & Experience
Must be an Australian Citizen
Must hold a NV1 Clearance Certificate II or higher in Security Operations
Current QLD Security licence
Current First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)




Must be available to work a 24/7 roster without restrictions
