Iron Mountain is seeking an IT Field Technician for Brisbane and Sunshine Coast-based, ongoing casual contracts.
You will be the face of service delivery, performing PC rollouts, hardware refreshes, imaging, data migrations, and post-installation support.
The ideal candidate has robust Windows ***** and Office 365 knowledge, prior desktop support or large-scale deployments experience, and excellent communication with government stakeholders.
ServiceNow experience is highly regarded.
