About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming and memorable.
This role operates across a 24/7 roster, so flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience working within an Accor hotel environment




Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS
Exceptional guest service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving capability
A positive, professional and reliable approach
Availability to commence immediately is preferred
