Working alongside a supportive team of 3, you will play a key role in building customer relationships, supporting sales activity, and helping drive business growth.

About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting key accounts, preparing quotations, and working closely with the external sales and production teams to ensure outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact customers and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Prepare and follow up quotations
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain CRM records with accurate customer information
Ensure purchase orders are actioned promptly
Liaise with the production team to ensure products are supplied correctly and dispatched on time
Support the team in achieving sales targets and business objectives
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in sales, internal sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience within the steel, manufacturing, construction, or industrial sector is advantageous but not essential
