Visitor Experience & Tour Guide

About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional visitor experiences while supporting the day‐to‐day operation of the site.
This role requires a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people and can work effectively with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and informative tours that create memorable visitor experiences
Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with guests
Assist with ticket sales, retail sales, and bar service
Support the delivery of onsite events and visitor activities
Maintain compliance with safety, operational, and customer service standards
Contribute to visitation, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets
Maintain presentation standards through general cleaning and site upkeep




Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate key information to visitors
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or a customer-facing role
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, confident, and engaging personality
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work a roster across 3 to 5 days per week
