About the Role
As a Finance Business Partner you will work closely with the Commercial and Sales teams to support financial planning, reporting and decision-making across Foodservice / Out of Home channels.
This role blends hands‐on financial analysis with strong stakeholder engagement.
You'll help translate data into insights that support customer P&L; performance, pricing, promotions, forecasting and overall commercial performance, while also building exposure to trade spend over time.
This is a great prospect for someone with FMCG experience who enjoys improving processes, working with data, partnering with Sales teams and building broader exposure across Foodservice / Out of Home channel performance.
Responsibilities




Partner with Commercial and Sales teams to support financial planning and commercial decision-making
Analyse and support customer P&L; performance, pricing, promotions, forecasting and margin performance
Prepare and present financial performance insights using Tableau and other BI tools
Support forecasting and AOP processes across Sales channels
Build exposure to trade spend and promotional investment as part of a broader commercial finance remit
Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analysis and financial processes
Ensure data accuracy, governance and appropriate accounting of commercial activity

About You
2–5 years' experience in FMCG environments,



with retail or foodservice channel exposure advantageous
Experience working with customer P&Ls;, forecasting and commercial performance metrics
Strong technical skills in advanced Excel, with ERP systems such as SAP advantageous
Experience using Tableau or similar tools for data visualisation and insight would be advantageous
Background in financial planning, analysis and process improvement
Ability to adapt proven processes and ways of working from previous roles
Confident communicator who enjoys partnering with Commercial and Sales teams in a fast‐moving environment
