We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Assistant Account Executive
to join our Clare Valley office.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within the insurance industry while working with a supportive and experienced local team. Previous insurance experience is welcomed but not essential, with training and development provided.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting Account Executives in servicing Business, Farm, Commercial Motor and Personal Insurance clients
Processing quotes, new business, renewals and policy endorsements
Assisting with claims management and claims follow-up
Maintaining accurate client and policy records
Delivering high-quality customer service
Managing phone and email enquiries
General administration, receipting and credit control
About You
You will have:
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail




Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
