The Role
Reporting to the Community Fundraising Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering community fundraising campaigns and coordinate fundraising initiatives.
This will involve generating support for community events and providing exceptional supporter care.
You will also be responsible to:
Support the rollout of a recent flagship community fundraising event and DIY fundraising initiatives
Develop and coordinate supporter communications, fundraising resources and campaign collateral




Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve fundraising outcomes and supporter engagement
Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and fundraising platforms while providing high-quality administrative support
Skills Required
You will have previous fundraising or community engagement experience, ideally within the not-for-profit sector, and have the following skills:
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines
Excellent relationship building, communication and customer service skills
Experience using CRM systems to maintain accurate supporter records and fundraising data
The ability to work collaboratively while delivering an exceptional supporter experience
