Tucci is looking for an
experienced, qualified Chef
to join our kitchen team as we head into the busy summer season.
Located on the Applecross foreshore, Tucci is a fast-paced, modern Italian restaurant serving approachable Italian food in a busy, professional environment.
Working alongside our
Head Chef and Sous Chef
, you'll be part of a hands-on kitchen team and work across all sections, including
fresh pasta, grill and cold larder
.

About you
We're looking for someone who:
Is a qualified Chef with solid restaurant experience




Is confident working a busy service
Can work independently across multiple sections
Has strong food preparation and organisational skills
Works well as part of a qualified kitchen team
Has an interest in Italian food and cooking
Restaurant Industry Award wages apply
, with classification and rates based on experience and skill level.
