The Opportunity
This is a fantastic prospect for an experienced Conveyancer to join our Gold Coast office in Varsity Lakes and become a key part of our property law team. You'll work closely with our principals and enjoy real autonomy in managing your own files, with the full support of a collaborative and driven team behind you.

What You'll Do
Manage residential conveyancing files end-to-end, from instruction through to settlement across QLD and NSW
Prepare and review contracts, transfers, titles and settlement documentation




Conduct PEXA electronic settlements
Liase with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, etc
Provide clear, timely updates to clients throughout the transaction
About You
Experience in QLD and NSW conveyancing
Solid working knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
Proficient in PEXA, with experience in LEAP (highly regarded)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A confident communicator who builds trust with clients quickly
Someone who takes ownership of their work and thrives in a small team environment
