We are seeking a warm, creative and organised Wellbeing Manager to develop and deliver engaging lifestyle, leisure and wellbeing programs that support residents' independence, connection, choice and quality of life.
About the role
$***** - $***** per hour (DOE), plus 12% superannuation.
Permanent Full-Time position
In this hands-on leadership role, you will plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate person-centred lifestyle programs that reflect residents' interests, goals, cultural backgrounds and individual needs. You will work closely with residents, families, volunteers and the broader care team to create a welcoming and inclusive setting where residents feel valued, connected and supported.

Key responsibilities
Design and deliver meaningful individual and group lifestyle activities that promote social, emotional, physical, cultural and spiritual wellbeing.
Complete lifestyle assessments and develop programs that reflect each resident's preferences, abilities and life history.
Coordinate events, celebrations, community connections and outings that encourage participation and belonging.
Support residents living with dementia and other complex needs through inclusive, dementia-friendly activities.
Guide, support and work alongside lifestyle team members, volunteers and care team.
Collaborate with clinical, care and allied health teams to support holistic resident wellbeing.
Maintain accurate documentation, activity calendars and evaluation records in line with organisational and aged care requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement, resident feedback processes and a positive home culture.
About you
Tertiary qualifications in business, management or allied health
Experience developing lifestyle, wellbeing, recreational or engagement programs, ideally within aged care or disability services.
Previous experience leading and mentoring teams
A genuine passion for supporting older people to live with dignity, choice and purpose.
Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to lead activities, motivate others and adapt programs to individual needs.
Sound computer skills and confidence maintaining records and reports.
Understanding of person-centred care, dementia support and the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Ability to complete required pre-employment checks, including a police check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and pre-employment medical.
