This role is offered on a full-time basis for an immediate start with earning potential of $140,000>$160,000 + super on all hours worked and allowances, with a Drive In/Drive Out roster of 14:7 working 12 hour days.
Main Function of Position
Complete carpentry works across a variety of Agricultural Construction projects in regional WA. Build and construct commercial transportable buildings in accordance with construction plans, provide formwork services to the construction team and general carpentry works.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Reading and interpreting plans to determine specifications for materials and positioning of components
Formwork / Steel carpentry
Construct and build transportable units including fit-out
Installation of transportable units to various sites
General carpentry works
Assist Mechanical and Concreting team as required
Essential Qualifications/Licences
Trade certification in Carpentry
C Class Drivers Licence
White Card
Desirable Qualifications/Licences
RIIMPO301E – Conduct Hydraulic Excavator Operations
RIIMPO318E – Conduct Skid Steer Loader Operations
CPCCLRG****A – Licence to perform rigging – Basic
TLILIC**** – Forklift Truck Operations
TLILIC**** – Licence to Operate Boom – Type Elevating Work Platform
RIIWHS202D – Enter and Work in Confined Spaces
MR Class Drivers Licence
HR Class Drivers Licence
Competencies, Skills and Experience
At least five (5) years' trade qualified experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Robust perception and implementation of HSEQ
Ability to be sufficiently flexible and resourceful to cope with inherent load functions of the trade
Provide assistance, as needed or directed, to deliver quality products and services on schedule
Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and drawings
Must be able to finish concrete to a high standard or supervise installers to ensure quality of finish is achieved
Work unsupervised
Must be competent in civil earth works and concrete construction, including managing subcontractors and direct company employees.

Complete pre-start checks correctly and report any damage or repairs immediately to the Manager or Supervisor
