Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service? We're looking for part-time Call Center Administration Staff to join our team at Creepy Crawly . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our call center operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks related to call center operations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and data.
Handle data entry and document management efficiently.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients who contact our call center.
Collaborate with the call center team to ensure seamless operations.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a call center or administrative role is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using basic computer software and data entry.




Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Reliable and punctual.
Your role would be contacting existing Annual customers only
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position, and the working hours are flexible, allowing for up to 25 hours per week. You must have your own transport to and from our office.
