Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend microservices using
Java (Spring Boot)
or
Kotlin
.
Design, build, and support
RESTful/gRPC APIs
and event-driven solutions using
Kafka
.
Implement Trade Finance workflows,
SWIFT messaging
, and integrate with enterprise applications.
Design and optimize
PostgreSQL/SQL Server
databases, including schema creation, SQL tuning, and database migrations.
Develop automated
unit, integration, and contract tests
, while supporting CI/CD pipelines and production deployments.
Required Skills
5+ years
of experience in backend development using
Java 11+/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Data,



and Spring Security
.
Robust expertise in
microservices architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven application development
.
Hands-on experience with
PostgreSQL/SQL Server, Kafka or IBM MQ, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
.
Proficiency with testing frameworks such as
JUnit, Mockito, and Testcontainers
, along with exposure to
AWS or Azure
cloud platforms.
Experience in
Banking, Financial Services, or other enterprise application environments
is highly preferred.
