About the role
Blueline is seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Human Resources Administrator to join our People & Culture team.
Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, you will provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, learning and development, reporting and employee enquiries.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines HR administration, stakeholder support and shared reception responsibilities. You will work closely with employees, supervisors and managers across our organisation and play an important role in supporting our inclusive employment workplace.
This opportunity would suit an experienced HR Administrator or an administration professional looking to develop their career in Human Resources, particularly someone who enjoys working with people, managing competing priorities and ensuring processes and records are accurate and compliant.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating recruitment and onboarding administration, including interview scheduling, candidate communication and pre-employment checks.
Supporting employee onboarding, induction and commencement processes.
Maintaining accurate, confidential and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Monitoring and managing employee compliance requirements, including licences, clearances, mandatory training and other employment requirements.
Preparing HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters, correspondence, forms and reports.
Providing administrative support for performance reviews, employee changes and other employee lifecycle processes.
Coordinating learning and development activities, including training records, compliance training and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.




Maintaining accurate training and competency records and following up outstanding requirements.
Generating HR reports and workforce data to support business and People & Culture requirements.
Providing a professional and responsive first point of contact for HR-related enquiries.
Coordinating meetings, documentation, records and other administrative activities across the People & Culture function.
Supporting HR projects, workforce initiatives, policy updates and continuous improvement activities.
Providing general administrative support to the HR team and occasional support to the CEO.
Sharing reception responsibilities, including answering phones, responding to enquiries, mail management and general administration.
What we're looking for
Experience in
Human Resources, People & Culture, recruitment or administrative support
.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling employee records, documentation and data.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
Experience using business systems, databases, HRIS, rostering/payroll systems or Learning Management Systems.




A customer-focused approach and the ability to build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
A proactive approach to identifying issues, following up outstanding tasks and improving processes.
The ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural, linguistic and ability backgrounds.
Knowledge or experience working within the
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
and an inclusive employment environment will be highly regarded.
A
Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
, or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification, will be desirable.
Right to work in Australia.
A current
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card with NDIS Worker Clearance
(or ability to obtain).
A
National Police Certificate
(within the last 6 months) or ability to obtain.
