Solid Surface Qld is seeking a dedicated team member to join us in Kunda Park, Queensland. This full-time position focuses on fabricating high-quality laminated benchtops and splashbacks for both commercial and residential projects.
What you'll be doing:
Managing operation of postformer with duties including trimming laminate, postforming, coving, routing and other duties involved around the manufacture of benchtops and splashbacks.
Ensuring all work meets strict quality standards and project specifications.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and secure work environment.
Working closely in a small, dynamic team, as well as independently, to manage projects from start to finish.
What we're looking for:
Extensive experience with coving, postforming and laminating.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Benchtop Manufacturer.
Proficiency in the use of power tools is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both in a small team and independently.
Excellent communication skills.
