About The Team
Turo's marketplace grows when hosts succeed. This regional team moves fast, values ownership, and believes the best insights come from being close to hosts. You'll get exposure to strategic planning, data, and cross‐functional execution. This role sits at the intersection of program execution and host engagement: you'll run the programs and spaces that bring hosts together, help them learn from each other, and deepen their connection to Turo's mission. The position includes community and host engagement, with a clear path into broader supply programs such as host quality and performance. We value proactive builders who use AI to move faster and get energy from working directly with people.

Gather qualitative feedback from hosts and synthesize it with quantitative data into clear, actionable insights shared with managers and cross‐functional partners
Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to ensure new product rollouts communicate clearly to hosts, and partner with Australia Marketing on local initiatives
Execute assigned workstreams with initiative, managing tasks and timelines in Asana and keeping project documentation current
