About the Role
Drive current business development and revenue growth across WA
Build and maintain relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 mining clients
Identify and convert commercial opportunities across heavy mining equipment and structural fabrication services
Support tender submissions, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations




Act as the key commercial link between clients and internal operations/workshop teams
Represent the business at site visits, client meetings, and industry events
About You
Proven BDM experience within the mining services sector
Genuine background around heavy mining equipment (HME) and/or structural fabrication
A track record of building strong, trusted relationships with mining clients and stakeholders
Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and comfortable working with autonomy
A true go-getter mentality — someone who thrives on chasing and winning new opportunities, not just maintaining what's already there
