About the role
We are looking for an experienced
People & CultureBusiness Partner
to work closely with leaders across the organisation anddeliver thoughtful guidance and solutions that enable engagement, performanceand organisational success.
In this role, you will provide trusted adviceacross the employee lifecycle for your client group and help foster a positive,safe and values-led workplace culture.
Working in genuine partnership with leaders,you will build leadership capability and contribute to meaningful strategicpeople outcomes.
You'll also lead a small number of specialist P&C; areas.We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in
workplace health and safety.
Other specialist areasinclude talent and workforce, remuneration and benefits, and systems andpayroll.
As a subject matter expert, you'll guide processes, policies,procedures and continuous improvement in your specialist area, while working collaborativelywith colleagues to ensure a consistent and supportive experience across theorganisation.

About you
You are a collaborative and proactive HR professional withexperience partnering with leaders in a growing organisation.
You bring strongknowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, people systems andemployment legislation, along with the confidence to provide practical adviceon complex people matters.
Highly organised and IT-savvy, you are comfortable balancingcompeting priorities while building robust relationships across all levels ofthe organisation.
Most importantly, you thrive in a hardworking, open andsupportive team, and you are passionate about creating positive employeeexperiences.
