This full time apprenticeship will have you completing a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while gaining hands-on experience in a high-volume kitchen.
All training is paid and completed during work time, supported by experienced chefs.
You'll learn to prepare meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, work in a buffet-style kitchen, and support large-scale catering while following HACCP
